Deepak Lahori

FOUNDER and CEO

I am a 2nd generation entrepreneur – a graduate of Science from Mumbai University. I started my entrepreneurial career with garment manufacturing and exports under the name ‘Palmon Exports’ to countries like USA, UK, France, Panama, Chile, UAE etc. whilst managing the family’s investments in Real Estate. It was not long before my interest in Real Estate and associated investments drew me to start my own Real Estate Advisory firm and thus the birth of ‘BDL Estate & Property’.

A very social person, I have been able to connect with many like minded people in the corporate world and the business fraternity. In a short span of 8 years since the inception of ‘BDL Estate & Property’, we have built a solid reputation in the Real Estate Advisory Space.

Bharat Lahori

An individual, who believes in building relationships leading to mutually beneficial propositions for all. An M.Com graduate from Mumbai University, I have experience in trade & finance and have successfully managed and run an export oriented firm before moving on to Real Estate & allied services with BDL Estate & Property and BDL Capital Services.

With 15 years of experience in Trade, Finance & Real Estate, I have successfully negotiated Real Estate transactions covering Residential, Commercial and High End Retail spaces.

Chirag Lahori

A Graduate in Business Management Studies from H.R College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai. Moved to the UAE in 2005 and started a professional career with PalmonGroup, a large business Conglomerate having business interests in Real estate, Logistics, Facilities Management, Interiors Contracting & High End furniture, Fashion Retail and F&B operations. After working at various positions and successfully managing the business,

I realized my interest towards the growing Real estate market in the UAE and joined a reputed Real estate advisory company as a Senior property Consultant to manage the property portfolio of HNW Investors. Since then I have been following up on the various developments across the city and advising clients on the best investment opportunities to maximize their returns. Over the years I have managed to build strong relationships with Major developers like Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Properties, Sobha, Meydan and Damac to name a few with an aim to offer the best property solutions to End Users and investors. At BDL as the Head of International markets, my role is to advise clients from India and Overseas market on the best Real estate investment opportunities in the UAE. At the same time offering the NRI clientele an end to end service for their property requirements in India through our well established office.

Tejas Unarkat

A Partner at BDL Capital Services, I specialize in mortgages (loans for and against properties). I have more than 11 years of experience in finance industry and I have worked at top management positions in stock broking, financial analysis and research.

I have strengthened my core in the mortgage industry over the last 5 years with a total retail loan book disbursal of more than Rs. 500 Crores. I can confidently say that I am totally aware of all products & processes of all banks and NBFCs in the mortgage industry. My aim is to give my clients the best deals for their loan / finance requirements meeting their expectations through my expertise and knowledge.

Prashant Asrani

A B.Com Graduate from Mumbai. I started my career as a banker, worked with banks like HDFC Bank and Yes Bank.

Have approximately 10 years experience in banking and investments. Post Banking I started my journey in Real Estate with the JLL Residential team and was involved in corporate divestments for companies like HUL, Siemens and Reliance (Navi Mumbai). I am currently an associate with BDL Estate & Property, handling both commercial and residential transactions.
